Returns and Cancellation Policy

 

At Sheedo Studio, we manufacture the majority of our products to order and customise them, which is why our return conditions differ from those of standard products.

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a general rule, consumers and users have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal under the circumstances provided for by consumer and user protection regulations.

However, in accordance with Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Given that Sheedo Studio’s main activity consists of manufacturing and supplying custom, made-to-order products, the majority of the products commercialised through this website are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Any products that, exceptionally, can be purchased without customisation will be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable at any given time.

 

2. Personalised Products and the Right of Withdrawal

The products sold by Sheedo Studio are custom-made according to the specifications provided by each customer.

For this reason, once the final artwork (AAFF) has been approved and the order is confirmed, no cancellations or returns will be accepted due to a change of mind, errors in product choice, or any other reason not attributable to Sheedo Studio.

This limitation does not affect the customer’s legal rights in the event of defective products, manufacturing errors, or non-compliance with the agreed contract terms.

3. Defective Products and Remedies

If the customer detects a defect in the products received, they must notify Sheedo Studio in writing within a maximum of 10 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching photographs to allow the assessment of the issue.

Sheedo Studio will analyse the claim and respond within a maximum of 5 working days.

If it is confirmed that the product has a defect attributable to production, Sheedo Studio will determine the most appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue, and may choose one of the following measures:

  • Full or partial replacement of the affected products at no extra cost.

  • Priority reprint of the order or the affected part.

  • Issue of a voucher or discount for future orders.

  • Full or partial refund of the corresponding amount, where applicable in accordance with current regulations.

The solution adopted will aim to restore the conformity of the product as quickly and reasonably as possible for both parties.

4. How to Request a Return

To process any issue, the customer must send an email to:

Please include the following information:

  • Order or quote number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Photographs clearly showing the defect.

Our team will review the documentation and provide the necessary instructions to proceed with the resolution.
