Collection of merchandise by the customer’s own means is not permitted.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process or in the quote sent prior to confirming and finalizing the order.

    Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery times are:

    • Spain: between 24-48 business hours.

    • International shipments: between 48 and 72 business hours.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, availability of logistics services, and other circumstances beyond Sheedo Studio’s control.

Delivery times may be affected by external causes such as strikes, weather conditions, road closures, customs checks, saturation of logistics services, or other force majeure situations, without generating any liability for Sheedo Studio.

    Delivery Address

The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address, as well as a contact telephone number and the recipient’s name when it differs from the billing name.

If no alternative shipping address is indicated, it will be understood that the billing address is also the delivery address.

    Customer Liability

Sheedo shall not be held liable for delays or incidents resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping data, or from the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

Any potential expenses, taxes, or customs duties that may be generated shall be borne by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves in advance about such costs.

For international shipments, the customer shall be responsible for providing all documentation or information that may be required by the customs authorities of the destination country. Any taxes, duties, or expenses derived from importation shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

    • Refund the amount corresponding to the lost or damaged merchandise.

    2. RETURN POLICY

Customised Products and Right of Withdrawal

The products marketed by Sheedo Studio are custom-made according to the specifications indicated by each customer.

For this reason, once the final artwork (AAFF) has been approved and the order confirmed, no cancellations or returns will be accepted due to a change of mind, error in product choice, or any other cause not attributable to Sheedo Studio.

This limitation shall not affect the legal rights corresponding to the customer in the event of defective products, manufacturing errors, or non-compliance with the contracted conditions.

      Defective Products

If the customer detects a defect in the products received, they must report it in writing to Sheedo Studio within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the order, attaching photographs that allow for the evaluation of the incident.

Sheedo Studio will analyze the claim and respond within a maximum period of 5 business days.

If it is confirmed that the product has a defect attributable to production, Sheedo Studio will determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the incident, and may choose one of the following measures:

      • Total or partial replacement of the affected products at no additional cost.

      • Priority reprinting/reproduction of the order or the affected part.

      • Issuance of a voucher or discount for future orders.

      • Total or partial refund of the corresponding amount, where applicable in accordance with current regulations.

The adopted solution will seek to restore product conformity as quickly and reasonably as possible for both parties.

When necessary to verify the incident, Sheedo Studio may request samples of the affected product. The shipping costs of said samples will initially be assumed by the customer and will be evaluated once the incident has been analyzed.

      9. Liability and Limitations

Sheedo Studio will make available to the customer all necessary information for the correct use, storage, and preservation of its products.
