HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR WELCOME PACK?
1. Download templates for customisation: Access them from the ‘Design Template’ dropdown menu.
2. Select the total quantity of units and upload your designs: Start the purchase process by clicking on ‘UPLOAD DESIGN’ and upload your customised templates in a .zip file.
3. Finalise your purchase: Once the payment is complete, we will contact you to start production and manage the shipment.

Delivery times
For France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Germany (working days):
10 production days + 48/72 hours delivery for up to 2500u.
For Switzerland, Romania, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Croatia and Ireland (working days):
10 production days + 3/4 days delivery for up to 2500u.
Please contact us for urgent productions and bigger quantities.
IMPORTANT: Production will start once we receive the final artwork file and payment / proof of payment, before 12pm of that day. Otherwise, the first day of production will begin the following day.
